Georgian national Okinawa Goju -Kyu federation returned from European championship with 3 gold and 3 silver medals. The tournament was held in Ukraine. Georgian team was represented at the tournament with five sportsmen, Levan Rogvava the present of mentioned federation was head of the delegation, Merab Turashvili was instructor. Japanese master, Teriu Chinen who owns 9 knives awarded Levan Rogava with special prize for playing role in developing of Goju-Ryu in Europe. It is also newsworthy that between Georgian side and organizers of European championship was made agreement that on July 27-28 in 2013 there will be held international tournament, where participants will be most European countries.
