Vano Grikurov, head coach of Georgian athlete team, is going to resign. The information which “World Sport” found out is not confirmed by anybody yet. But it is obvious that there is contradistinction between athletes.

According to the rumors, one group of sportsmen and coaches are against Grikurov. They collected signatures and demand his resignation.  Disappointed Vano Grikurov departed for Poland three days ago.

“I can only say that Vano Grikurov is still head coach of the Georgian team. There are some problems and speaking about it is not in interests of Georgian athletes” – Ramaz Gurgenidze, general secretary of Georgian Athlete Federation, stated “World Sport”.
