There are four presidential candidates for Georgian Sports Journalists’ Association. Elguja Berishvili, current president of the mentioned association, informed “World Sport” with this information. He is not going to participate in the elections.

The elections will be held at Georgian National Olympic Committee on December 25. It will start at 12:00. The candidates are: Otar Giorgadze, journalist of “1TV” and press attaché of Georgian Football Federation, Davit Tavartkiladze, journalist of newspaper “Lelo”, Gia Gorgodze, editor in chief of monthly magazine “Atiani”, and journalist Paata Natsvlishvili.

Elguja Berishvili who has been president of the association for 20 years will continue his career in Georgian National Olympic Committee as the first vice-president.
