Davit Kevkhishvili confirmed that he is going to participate in the presidential election of judo federation. Former member of Georgian national judo team informed “World Sport” about his decision a few time ago, after ending summarizing-election meeting.
“I will fill in application in any case. It goes without saying that I have talked to the former candidates too. Election is ahead and if the people in judo will support me, I will do my best to lead federation very well. There is nothing strange for me in Georgian judo”-stated Davit Kevkhiashvili.
As far as you know presidential election in judo federation had to be held today, but both of the candidates – Davit Khakhaleishvili and Mamuka Khabareli withdrew their candidates and the election was postponed till December 10. Till December 7 is deadline of putting candidates forwards.
