The first presidential candidate of Georgian Judo Federation is already known. Mamuka Khabareli, son of former head coach of Georgian team Shota Khabareli, presented his candidature.

Mamuka Khabareli worked as an executive director for Georgian Judo Federation in 2007-2009.

The elections will be held on November 26. November 19 is a deadline of presenting candidatures.

Before the presidential elections, Tsezar Chocheli was named as the main candidate but now nobody speaks about him.
