Meeting of Gregory Surkis, Ukrainian member of UEFA executive committee, with Kakha Kaladze, minister of Energy, and Levan Kipiani, minister of Sports and Youth Affairs, finished at “Tbilisi Marriott” hotel.

Surkis arrived in Tbilisi on Monday. Domenti Sichinava, president of Georgian Football Federation, and general secretary Revaz Arveladze greeted him at the airport.

At first Surkis was going to sit in the car offered by the federation but then he was suggested to sit in the car sent by Kaladze and finally, Surkis sat in it. Surkis went to “Tbilisi Marriott” from the airport. He met Kaladze and Kipiani at the hotel. Davit Petriashvili, manager of “Hat-trick” program, was at the hotel too. According to Kipiani, presidential elections of the federation were not the issue of the meeting.

Otar Giorgadze, press attaché of GFF, informed “World Sport” that Surkis will meet Bidzina Ivanishvili, prime minister of Georgia. Then, the Ukrainian will meet Sichinava and Arveladze.

Kaladze and Surkis have known each other when the Georgian played for “Dynamo” Kyiv. Ihor Surkis, brother of Surkis is a president of the Kyiv club.
