In this article there is talk how meetings were held abroad especially in Antalya region, where there are a lot of resorts (Side, Belek etc). In winters there are a lot of Turkish clubs and mostly there is regulated the staff, preparation for season, improving tactical-technical elements and not only they: as a result of observing in Turkey, there are made transfers and different European clubs took Georgian football players. In a short, it should be an interesting story. Especially when there are organizers of Turkish meetings, chiefs of company “Enda Tour” ( http://www.endatour.com) – Ferit Chafer and Azis Rafet.
Davit Kenia, who is representative of “Enda Tour” in Georgia made the meeting between “World Sport” and them. Kenia was selectioner of “Torpedo”.
Chafer, Rafet and Kenia talked about some problems, the problems is that Georgian clubs do not often make serious relation with them. They do not make agreement, but in spite of this they go there and then the plans are failed there. You are supposed to hear that coaches and football players are dissatisfied with conditions and sometimes test-matches also are failed.
We talked to Chafer, who was director of “Enda Tour”:
- Does your company work only in Antalya?
- As a rule, meetings start in Antalya region on January 2-3 and lasts till April. Some clubs have three meetings. We have relations either with football or with rugby team and we provide all the conditions to them. For example, “Armia” Tbilisi was in Antalya.
- Can you please explain in details, the system of your activity.
- Our company is a very famous in organizing meetings. For example, we organized 150 meetings and 500 test-matches. Clubs contact us, we received offers, how long a meeting will last, how many test-matches will be held, what kind of hotel they want. We take dates under our consideration. Then we make agreement with other clubs. Transportation is also considered in or plan: special buses for clubs. Every club has the same brand bus. We plan everything- hotel, transportation, sparring-matches, appointing referees, in case of need broadcasting by TV.
- How many people work on these?
- We are 11 people in office and we have 25 guides, which accompany the clubs.  
- How many stadiums are in Antalya and around it?
- There are 70-80 only in Antalya, 200 in regions.
- How much 10-day meeting cost?
- It depends on club’s budget. Russian clubs pay a lot of money, others less.
- Which famous were in Turkey by your help?
- There are a lot of such clubs. For example, “Shalkea”, “Verder” and some German clubs. Also Russian, Ukrainian. “Anderlecht” of Belgium etc.
- What about Georgian clubs?
- “Zestafoni” and “Torpedo” were in Antalya by the agreement with us. We would like other Georgian clubs also have relations with us. To tell the truth, we do not have any financial problems, just we would like to widen our area. No one is unsatisfied with our service.
- You have mentioned appointing referees also.  As far as we know, not only Turkish referees serve in control matches.
- Not only Turkish, referees come from other countries too. There are negotiations with the club. For example, if Ukrainian and Russian clubs meet each other and one club does not want Bulgarian referee to serve the match, we invite another.
- There was occasion, when sparing match of Georgian club failed, why does it happen?
- It is fault of the company which made agreement with the club. We know that there were such occasions and that’s why it is better so spend more money and make agreement with a good company, than to go to the meeting and eat only macaroni. They do not have guide, they cannot hold matches, no one observe their football players. It is known that at the Turkish meetings, players are under observation. When a club arrives in Turkey without making agreement or makes agreement with a bad company, there will be problems in any case. Unfortunately, some clubs do not realize it and there is a result. They might think that all these are easy and do not want to play extra 5 000 USD.
