Georgian national u-19 team leaves for Portugal at the end of this months and will fight at European championship.
This year, European championship is held with another system. There are Romanian and Spanish national teams in group A. there are Portugal, Belgium and Russia in group B. teams hold 2-2 blitz matches and they play 20-minute times.

On October 27 Georgia plays against Spain, on October 29 Spain plays against Romania, on October 31 Georgia plays against Romania. In the second group, on the first day Portugal plays against Russia, then Russia plays against Belgium, on October 31 hosts play against Belgium. After taking places in the groups, the first place winners will find out champion after 35-minute times, the second place winners will found out the third place winner and the last place winners will fight for the fifth place.
Champion of Europe, this time only one team will fight for ‘Trophy” 2012. Chile as host country participates in it, Uruguay joins it from South America, Japan traditionally represents Asia, Namibia represents Africa, Canada from North America, Tonga from Oceanea. Italy will be one of the teams from Europe, their U-20 team took the last place at World championship (12 teams). The last team at “Trophy” will be European champion, I hope that this team will be Georgian national team.
