As far as you know, Georgian national basketball team, continues competing at qualifying European championship 2013.  Tomorrow in the morning national team leaves for Romania, where on September 2 it holds the second match against Romanian national team. As far as you know on August 18, at Tbilisi Sports Palace our guys beat Romanians – 80:64. Today, Georgian national basketball team held open training at gym of Ministry of Defense and after it they talked about upcoming match.  
Kote Tugushi (Assistant of Georgian National Team):” we have to forget failure with Holland, but we have to make correct conclusions from this failure. It is good that the team trained with the whole staff and we are ready for holding this important match in Romania. We will try to win and then we will start preparation for the next match.
It is normal that the situation is becoming tense in the group, we did not expect that favorites would be found out in 4 matches. We have to do, what must be done by us- we have to win in Romania and then we have to host Bosnia and finish the match positively. Making conclusions after it is easier”.
Zaza Pachulia (Captain of Georgian national team):” we are close to finish, the second half of the tournament starts and all these four matches are important. We lost one match with Holland, that’s why we do not have right to lose again.

As for my physical condition, I am suffering from my trauma a little, but in spite of this I am ready to play”.
Viktor Sanikidze (Basketball player of Georgian national team):” I have already held the second training. Today doctors let me to have intensive training and I will play in Romania. It was double disappointment for me that Holland managed to beat us in the last minutes and I was not able to help the team, but important matches are ahead us and nothing is lost yet. I as well as guys will do our best for gaining right of playing at European championship. After failure with Holland, we do not have right to lose again and we have to beat Romania in any case. To my mind we have a big chance of victory”.
Giorgi Shermadini (basketball player of Georgian national team):” yesterday Lithuania won, which is not good, we are preparing well for the next match. We are in good condition, there are not traumas in the team and we will do our best for the victory. We will try to advance in the schedule for gaining right of playing at European championship again”.
Tornike Shengelia (basketball player of Georgian national team):” it goes without saying that we thing about upcoming match after each failure or victory. Romania is not weak team, especially when they are hosts. Bosnia also had problems while playing against them and they beat Holland in Holland, so it will be a good match. Unfortunately, Viktor Sanikidze could not help us against Holland, but he will play against Romania and it is good, because he is a big power for the team. We will try to win all matches, because we do not want to be depended on other’s result. We have to do, what must be done by us”.
